It was designed to solve a universal frustration in shared work environments — double bookings, confusion, and wasted time. The goal was to create a seamless, intuitive experience that helps teams book rooms effortlessly, see real-time availability, and bring calm back into collaboration.

The tool was developed using Vue.js with a Node/Express backend, connecting directly to Outlook calendars for real-time synchronization.
Color-coded indicators communicate availability at a glance: Green means free, Red means booked, Yellow signals pending approval. A minimal interface and frictionless interactions make navigation fast and familiar — even for new users.
