Connect

CASE 05

Designing clarity for a connected world

Connect was a UX improvement concept created for a mobility platform focused on electric vehicle charging.
The project aimed to improve usability and explore new business opportunities through a human-centered design approach. With the growing demand for electric mobility, the goal was to design a smoother, more transparent experience that makes sustainable travel effortless and intuitive.

Turning complexity into simplicity
The challenge was clear: existing charging apps were overloaded with data and lacked empathy.
Users struggled with inconsistent information, confusing layouts, and unclear pricing. We set out to reimagine the experience — simplifying navigation, improving communication, and creating new opportunities for connection between users and service providers.

Empathy as the starting point

The process followed the Define → Ideate → Prototype structure, with methods like
How Might We, user stories, and competitor analysis to identify both pain points and growth opportunities.
We discovered that users needed not just functionality, but trust
a clear overview of charging availability, transparent pricing, and a smoother booking flow.

The concept introduced personalized dashboard recommendations, a real-time map of active stations, and a clean visual hierarchy designed for on-the-go usability.

Designing for trust and flow

By combining UX research with a fresh visual identity, Connect turns complexity into calm.
Clear icons, adaptive typography, and responsive feedback loops create an experience that feels fast, smart, and consistent — whether users are on mobile, tablet, or in-car systems.
The interface uses motion and color to communicate state changes intuitively —
green for availability, soft neutrals for waiting states, and calm gradients for transitions.

A vision for connected mobility

Connect shows how design thinking can transform fragmented experiences into connected ecosystems.

It’s more than a UX exercise — it’s a vision for how digital design can accelerate the transition toward a more sustainable, human future.

Quick answers

to some of the most common questions about my work, process, and approach.
No long reads — just clear insights to help you understand how I design, create, and collaborate.

What kind of projects do you take on?

I mainly work on web design, UX/UI, graphic design, and social content. Whether it’s a full rebrand, a new website, or designing branded visuals, I make sure every project strengthens the brand and adds real value.

What does your design process look like?

I follow my 4-step approach: What, Why, How, When. This keeps every project structured and clear. We start by defining the goals, dig into the purpose, shape the strategy and planning, and then deliver step by step.

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the scope. Smaller projects like a logo or business cards can take a few weeks. Larger projects such as a full website or rebrand usually take a few months. I always set clear deadlines and milestones upfront.

Do you also work with small businesses or start-ups?

Absolutely! I love helping emerging brands and small businesses grow with fresh, scalable design solutions that fit their budget and goals.

How do I know the design will work for my audience?

I test and optimize using methods like usability testing and A/B testing. That way, design choices aren’t just visually appealing — they’re also proven to be effective.

Can you also design my social media content?

Yes! I create branded visuals and templates that make your social channels look consistent and professional. While I don’t always handle ongoing management, I’ll deliver everything you need to keep your feeds looking fresh.I test and optimize using methods like usability testing and A/B testing.
